Infrastructure Projects


Clean and safe water infrastructure application program.

Establishment of a statewide ARPA water infrastructure application program to receive/process ARPA-eligible water infrastructure applications and improve local water infrastructure. This would also include a reconnaissance study and development of a “Statewide Capital Improvement Plan” for critical water infrastructure. Lastly, it would enhance the EPA Drinking and Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) utilization program.

Water storage and irrigation infrastructure rehabilitation.

Wyoming’s aging networks of irrigation, storage, wastewater and drinking water infrastructure are in need of significant investment. Addressing Wyoming’s critical water infrastructure needs offers an immediate and long-lasting way to stimulate our economy. Benefits may include resiliency, efficiency improvements and reduced cost for operation, maintenance and replacement.

Public safety communications infrastructure - WYOLINK.

Wyoming's public safety communications network is known as WYOLINK. This proposal includes building new towers to connect and cover the entire state and improve access to these facilities.
